Our Story

We’re sisters, Chelsea and Morgan, born and raised in Southeast Kansas. What started in December 2020 with a few Christmas cookie kits quickly grew into One28 Bakes—a place where we share our love of baking with our community.

From custom cookies and cheesecakes to pop-ups and classes, we put our hearts into everything we make. Early mornings and late nights are worth it when we see our desserts bring joy to your celebrations.

In 2024, we expanded our dream with Venue One28, a cozy gathering space in Oswego, KS. Now we not only get to bake for your events—we get to host them, too.

For us, One28 Bakes is about more than sweets. It’s about creating connections, celebrating milestones, and being part of the moments that matter most.
